Your domain and content remain yours. After fulfilling the minimum term, you receive source code and a documented export without a buyout fee. Third-party licences continue to apply.

Scope limits and detailed terms
24 months initial minimum term under a separately confirmed care contract, paid monthly. Afterwards, continuation for an indefinite period with no more than one month’s cancellation notice and no new fixed annual commitment. 30 minutes of content changes per month, with no rollover: text, images and existing content blocks. New features and additional pages are quoted in advance. Security maintenance and errors within our agreed scope are not deducted from this content allowance. Domain registration and renewal are separate. No 24/7 SLA, unlimited SI usage or general traffic/load guarantee. One language; custom business processes, booking logic and legacy-data migration are quoted separately.
