Can you take over a stuck software project?
Yes — as software rescue. We start with a bounded review of code, architecture, dependencies, tests, data, and deployment. You get a status report with evidence, open questions, and prioritized next steps. Only then do we decide on remediation or takeover. Scope, access, cost, and outcomes are agreed up front. An audit is not an automatic fix or a guarantee.
How do our spreadsheets become an application?
We turn Excel, CSV, or Access-style workflows into a fitting application. The entry point is one bounded process: who enters what, which rules apply, and who may see what. That becomes a shared data model and a testable prototype. Cleanup, import, matching, and cutover are planned and tested. There is no public file upload and no one-click magic conversion.
Do you operate and maintain existing applications?
We offer ongoing application care and DevOps support. First we review the current state, then agree updates, monitoring, backups, recovery, deployment, and ownership. Support hours, response paths, and maintenance windows must be explicit — 24/7 coverage is not automatic.
You prefer open source — can you still connect SAP or Microsoft?
Yes. We prefer a modular open-source base where it fits. Existing systems come in through suitable APIs when technology and licenses allow, and Azure remains a valid cloud choice. Concrete connections are scoped and agreed — not assumed.
Can we self-host your products as open source?
Only per product — and only where a published release and a clear license exist. We do not claim that every SaaS idea is open source. Self-hosting does not include support; setup and ongoing care can be agreed separately.
What is palmscout?
palmscout connects recruiting, offers, and onboarding for HR teams, agencies, and staffing providers. Core workflows are in place; the product is in development. There is no public self-serve plan or invented customer list.
How is FireFlint offered?
FireFlint is available as a company data and content hub with deliberate publishing. Choose managed SaaS or self-host it in your own Kubernetes cluster. Your domain, registry, and storage are configurable; optional Keycloak SSO and an AI assistant can be added. Contact us for an individual offer and onboarding support. Service and pricing are agreed individually, and publishing remains an explicit step.
What is FlintPlate — and is there a demo?
FlintPlate helps hospitality teams connect service, kitchen, stock, and roster. It is in development. A simulated German website demo shows one operational slice; payments and live integrations in the demo are not real.
What is KoiForge?
KoiForge answers recurring business questions from existing data with a clear data date, calculation path, and reviewable findings. It is a sibling of FireFlint with optional coupling — not forced. The first slice is in development; license and public release are not published yet.
Where can you host our application?
With us, in your existing customer cloud, or with a provider you choose. Common options we evaluate include Hetzner Cloud, STACKIT, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and OVHcloud. Your cloud account can stay in your hands. Selection is an inquiry, not an automatic provisioning promise.
What is an Agentic Workplace?
A Linux workplace tailored to your team's tasks — for example with Omarchy, team apps, and agents for recurring work. We plan rights, update paths, and introduction with you. Open source is the base; optional external AI services keep their own terms.
How does collaboration usually start?
With a concrete task, not a platform sales pitch. We clarify people, outcomes, and constraints, then agree a bounded first step — often a review, a prototype, or a supervised pilot. You do not need to know the tech vocabulary beforehand.
