2. Website access
The web server processes technically necessary connection data, including IP address, time, requested URL, referrer where sent by the browser, browser/device information and response status. This is necessary for secure delivery and protection against abusive access (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider and log-retention period will be specified for public operation.
Fonts and graphics are served locally. No analytics or advertising services are used and this site does not set tracking cookies. The protected customer area uses a technically necessary session cookie solely for the sign-in requested by the user. It does not require consent under section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. Non-essential cookies or comparable access to terminal equipment will only be used after prior consent.
3. Contact requests and newsletter
A contact request stores your name, email address, optional company, topic, optional hosting selection and quotation, message, time and confirmation in a separate non-public request store. The legal basis is taking steps at your request or performance of a request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in orderly handling (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A retention period and responsible operational contact will be set before public operation; no genuine request service is operated until then.
Newsletter registration is separate and uses double opt-in. It stores the email address, language, request and confirmation times and consent-text version on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 7 GDPR). Confirmation links and unconfirmed registrations expire after 24 hours; unsubscribing deletes the subscription. No open or click tracking is used. The public registration remains disabled until a mailing service is configured and named here.
4. Advisory assistant, recipients and transfers
In knowledge-assistant mode, questions are answered from an editorial knowledge base on the website server and are not stored as a chat archive. This serves the requested function or our legitimate interest in a usable information service (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). An optional AI connection is announced before use. Its provider, transfer safeguards and retention information will be named before activation; please do not enter confidential or sensitive data.
No external analytics, advertising or newsletter provider is active for public operation. Technical service providers will receive data only where necessary for hosting, maintenance or the requested service. Any processors and transfers outside the EU/EEA will be documented before activation.
5. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future and may complain to a data-protection authority. The competent authority for the current controller is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Wilhelmstraße 7, 65185 Wiesbaden,datenschutz.hessen.de.
6. Status
