DATA & CONTENT HUB

FireFlint — Data and deliberate publishing

Bring company data and editorial content into one shared workspace. Maintain information once, review the impact, and publish approved changes across your websites.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your data. Your choice of deployment.

Choose neurofunken as your SaaS partner or run the open-source software in your own infrastructure. We help with setup and integrations, with ongoing support matched to your needs.

  1. Keep company data and editorial content aligned across systems and websites.

  2. Choose managed SaaS or self-hosting in your own Kubernetes cluster.

  3. Configure your domain, registry, and storage; add optional Keycloak SSO or an AI assistant when useful.

  4. Publishing stays explicit; contact us for an individual offer, with service and pricing agreed for your setup.

A shared home for company data and content

For teams maintaining several websites and systems

A location, contact, or product often appears in more than one place. FireFlint gives those records a shared structure, keeps their source references, and makes relationships visible. Company teams can maintain common information across their websites; agencies can work in separate customer workspaces. Website-specific contact details or copy remain explicit exceptions, so a central change does not silently erase local requirements.

From a reviewed import to an approved publication

Bring selected information into a private workspace through supported adapters or CSV and JSON imports. Review the proposed import, correct missing details, and inspect the effect on connected websites. Saving a record and publishing it are separate actions. Drafts, published versions, and change history make the handover understandable. Data-quality checks flag missing fields, outdated records, and possible duplicates for a person to review.

Choose the deployment and integrations that fit

FireFlint is available as managed SaaS or as open-source software in your own Kubernetes cluster. Setup covers the domain, registry, storage, and the connections needed for your workflow. Roles and scoped service access separate editorial work from integrations. Optional Keycloak/OIDC sign-in and AI assistance can be considered when useful. The exact adapter coverage, responsibilities, support, and price are agreed for your installation before work starts.

Questions about FireFlint

Does importing data automatically update a website?

No. Imported data enters the private workspace. Your team reviews the content and the effect on each website before an explicit publication. Existing systems remain responsible for their own business transactions.

How do we start with FireFlint?

Tell us which information you maintain, where it comes from, and which websites or applications need it. We agree a manageable first scope, choose SaaS or self-hosting, and prepare an individual offer for setup and support.
