KoiForge is being developed for recurring business questions that span exports or existing systems. Purchasing and operations teams need to know which open orders require clarification and why. Project leads need to distinguish a real deviation from missing data. The initial product slice focuses on clarifying open orders: a deliberately narrow workflow with a defined question, confirmed inputs, and a result that can be reviewed.
The intended workflow freezes an input snapshot, checks field mappings and completeness, and evaluates explicit rules. Findings retain their source rows and calculation context. Missing dates must remain unknown rather than being treated as on-time deliveries; amounts in different currencies must not silently become one total. The result is a clarification list for a person to assess. A recommendation is not an executed transaction or an automatic ERP posting.
KoiForge and FireFlint have separate responsibilities. FireFlint can supply approved operational data; KoiForge works with an analysis snapshot and evidence. A connection is optional and does not mean a shared database or automatic website publication. Corrections belong in the responsible source system. Deterministic calculations come first; any AI explanation is optional. A public release, license, and operating model for KoiForge are not yet published.
The product direction is independent analysis with optional FireFlint integration. Existing exports and systems are the starting point. The available inputs and the status of a particular connection must be reviewed for the intended use.
