APIs & business systems
REST, GraphQL, webhooks, or file transfer — fitted to ERP, CRM, and existing applications. We also connect SAP and Microsoft when needed and with the required rights.
We connect applications, shops, and business systems so data arrives where it belongs — and your team transfers less by hand.

We define which system owns which data. From that, traceable connections grow — with fitting permissions and checkable flows.

Maintain texts, images, and editorial changes in one place and publish deliberately. Prices, stock, and orders stay in their leading business systems.
Connect recurring handovers, documents, and status messages. Failure cases, duplicate messages, and unclear results are considered before release.
For new solutions we prefer our own development and open source. Every connection is built and checked for your systems; availability and scope depend on interfaces, licences, and the agreed project.
We build interfaces for Shopify, merchandise management, and dropshipping providers. Product care, orders, and delivery status can work together — with FireFlint as the central place for editorial content and publishing.
Maintain product descriptions, images, and campaigns in FireFlint and release them deliberately for shop, website, or further channels. We plan product and variant mapping plus channel-specific exceptions.
Import supplier catalogues, stock, and prices through agreed interfaces. Update intervals, safety stock, and handling of stale data are set to fit your assortment.
Assign orders to the responsible supplier, trigger fulfillment, and bring shipping status back. Partial deliveries, cancellations, and returns belong in the jointly planned flow.
We offer custom development and setup. Scope depends on APIs, access rights, tariffs, and the providers involved. Shopify is an external service with its own terms. Ready-made FireFlint connectors or an already active sync are not promised by that.
For Shopify we review the GraphQL Admin API, permissions, and suitable event messages. We plan verified senders, traceable status changes, and reconciliation when messages are missing or delivered more than once. When an order result is unclear, status is checked before triggering again. Before release we test the agreed flows with test data.
We offer development and setup of fitting payment connections. For your shop, customer portal, or SaaS offer we choose providers and payment methods together.

Availability depends on the provider, merchant account, country, currency, and device. Payment services have their own contracts, fees, and privacy terms; they are not open-source components. This selection describes our integration offer, not an already active product connection or partnership.
We plan understandable flows for payment, pending confirmation, and refunds. Your merchant account stays with you; sensitive payment data is captured through the provider's intended surfaces.
Returning from checkout alone is not payment proof. Only a server-side verified provider confirmation may set the status to paid. Events are checked for authenticity, duplicate deliveries are mapped uniquely, and status changes plus refunds are logged in a traceable way. We also test cancellations, delayed confirmations, and failed payments before release.
Describe today's flow. We clarify data sources, access, and the smallest useful step toward a connection.
