Internal HR teams can prepare a hire with named contacts; agencies can keep track of applications and handovers; staffing providers can consider demand, availability, and partner capacity together. The product connects recruiting with the work that follows an accepted offer, rather than treating the contract as the end of the process.
The implemented core includes role drafts, deliberate publication, configurable application stages, and a history of progress. People profiles connect to applications and shared work. Communication drafts and interview appointments support the next conversation. Offers move through preparation and review before acceptance leads into onboarding. Templates, assigned responsibilities, deadlines, and visible task progress help the team organize a new colleague's start.
palmscout is in development; a general public launch has not been announced. Features, personal email and calendar connections, partner workflows, and optional AI assistance need to be checked against the intended use. AI-generated job descriptions or interview guides require human review. We discuss the workflow you need, the existing systems involved, and the current product status before agreeing an evaluation or implementation plan.
