Withdrawal instructions for consumers Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. It does not begin before the legally required instructions have been provided. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hanns Leonhard Osterbrink, Saalbaustraße 36, 64283 Darmstadt, Germany, email: info@neurofunken.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear declaration, for example by email or letter. You may use the model form below, but this is not required. You may also submit your declaration electronically using “Withdraw from a contract” at https://neurofunken.de/en/shop/withdrawal and send it with “Confirm withdrawal”. We will acknowledge receipt promptly by email. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration before the withdrawal period ends. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your declaration. We will use the same payment method as for the original payment unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. If you expressly requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, a reasonable amount is payable, subject to the statutory conditions, for services provided before we receive your withdrawal. This corresponds to the proportion of the service performed relative to the full contractual scope; if the total price is disproportionately high, the market value applies. Prerequisites include your express request and proper information about withdrawal and compensation. No compensation is payable when withdrawing from a contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. The right of withdrawal for services expires because of full performance only if the statutory conditions are met, in particular your prior express consent to commencement before the period ends and your acknowledgement that you understand the loss of the right upon full performance. For digital content, expiry upon commencement requires separate express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right upon commencement and the legally required contract confirmation. General acceptance of terms and conditions, or a declaration relating only to services, is insufficient.
