Scope limits and detailed terms
24 months initial minimum term under a separately confirmed care contract, paid monthly. Afterwards, continuation for an indefinite period with no more than one month’s cancellation notice and no new fixed annual commitment. 20 minutes of content changes per month, with no rollover: text, images and existing content blocks. New features and additional pages are quoted in advance. Security maintenance and errors within our agreed scope are not deducted from this content allowance. Domain registration and renewal are separate. No 24/7 SLA, unlimited SI usage or general traffic/load guarantee. One language, no shop or customer login. Express launch only with a separately confirmed slot and all prerequisites fulfilled.
