Your website is online. Two weeks later, the opening hours change, a new photo is needed and someone should check whether contact form messages still arrive. Who handles these tasks? That answer helps you choose a suitable model more than the lowest possible starting price.

A one-off purchase suits a clearly defined build when you want to arrange subsequent operation yourself. A care package combines development and ongoing operation over an agreed minimum term. It is especially useful when you want to delegate small changes regularly. Before comparing options, write down what content you need at launch, who will maintain it afterwards and the monthly budget for that work.

Buying once: choose the initial scope carefully

Website Start costs €480.00 as a one-off catalogue purchase, including VAT. The initial delivery includes one page with up to six sections, one editor account, one revision round and 30 minutes of introduction. That can be enough for a clearly defined offer: services, approach, an introduction, frequently asked questions and contact can fit on a well-structured page.

Website Business costs €990.00 once, including VAT, and includes up to five pages, three content types, 20 initial entries and three editor accounts. It provides a more suitable starting point when several services and regularly updated content each need their own space. Hosting, a domain and later extensions are separate for both one-off packages.

Compare development together with hosting setup, ongoing hosting, domain renewal and the effort involved in changes. The preconfigured website selection in the shop combines development and suitable hosting. You can see one-off and recurring amounts separately and adjust the selection.

Care: read the monthly amount alongside the minimum total

With the Presence care package, initial development within the agreed scope costs €0. A twelve-month minimum term costs €99.00 per month and at least €1,188.00 in total. A 24-month term costs €79.00 per month and at least €1,896.00 in total. All amounts include VAT; domain registration and renewal are additional.

The lower monthly amount for the longer term means a longer commitment. Presence includes the defined page scope, managed hosting, backups, security updates, basic monitoring, one email mailbox and 20 minutes of small content changes per month. Unused time does not carry over. New features and additional pages are quoted separately.

After the minimum term, care continues indefinitely with a notice period of no more than one month. The domain and content remain yours. Once the minimum term has been fulfilled, source code and a documented export are handed over without a buyout fee. Comparing only a one-off price with a monthly instalment would overlook these differences.

CMS and chatbot: included within a clear scope

Our website packages include a suitable CMS as well as software and setup for the website chatbot. You can maintain text, images and existing content components yourself. Further standard pages built from existing CMS components need no page licence. A bespoke booking feature, customer login or additional pages created by us extend the agreed project scope.

Managed website hosting and care packages provide 100 SI answers per month. After that allowance, FAQs and contact remain available without automatic additional charges. With a one-off purchase and your own hosting, you must also arrange SI runtime and suitable provider access. Here, an included chatbot means a limited website assistant based on approved content.

A useful start needs clear answers to the main questions: what do you offer, who is it for, how does an enquiry work and where are the boundaries? You check company information and approve content before publication. This gives the CMS and assistant a practical basis for helping with everyday work.

How to make the decision

Choose a one-off purchase if you want a defined website built and intend to assemble hosting and maintenance yourself. Choose care if you want development and operation combined in an ongoing relationship and the minimum term fits your plans. For regular changes, calculate using the actual time allowance; a new campaign page requires more work than replacing a photo.

Care packages are currently arranged through individual quote requests. Selecting a package on the website does not start a contract or trigger payment.
