Initial creation within the defined scope is part of the paid care package. There is no additional one-off creation fee. You pay the displayed monthly fee during the agreed minimum term. The minimum total price appears beside the package. Custom additional work is quoted separately in advance.

We adjust text, images and existing content blocks within the stated monthly time allowance. You can submit several small requests together. Unused time expires at month-end and is not automatically billed again. New features, redesigns or extra pages are quoted in advance. Security maintenance and errors within our agreed scope are handled separately from this allowance.

The agreed package continues at the same monthly price, without a new fixed annual commitment. You can then cancel with no more than one month’s notice. Once the initial minimum term is fulfilled, we hand over the created source code and your content with no additional buyout fee. Third-party component licences continue to apply; an assisted migration is a separate service if needed. Statutory withdrawal, defect and extraordinary termination rights are unaffected.

Domain registration and renewal, payment provider fees, goods, shipping, advertising and explicitly agreed third-party licences are separate. We add nothing automatically. If more resources are needed, we agree an upgrade beforehand. The included chatbot provides 100 SI answers per month; afterwards, FAQs and contact remain available without automatic extra charges.

Yes. In the project configurator you order creation as a one-off project and add hosting and support if needed. You choose the model that fits your budget and plans.

The package provides the agreed technical foundation and a tested supplier connection. You are responsible for your product range, supplier choice, sales, legal requirements, purchasing and returns. We do not promise revenue. The specific interface and ordering process must be technically suitable before we quote.
